This Customer Satisfaction Survey is being conducted as part of the inaugural UAE Customer Service Week, taking place June 20-24, 2010. 

The purpose of this short survey is to gather insight into how satisfied UAE residents, citizens and visitors are with the level of customer service provided throughout the UAE.
